For my card i used my new WOJ Winter Stamp set and as for the neglected part everything in my craftroom has been neglected over the past few weeks lol

Im in a very good mood today as i have just found out iv been sucessfull in getting a full time job as an office junior YEY! God knows how though, the interviews were pants lol I wonder how many stamps i could buy with the first pay cheque??? hehehe

Evening!!!

Im here to show you the card I madeearlier tonight following the Whiff of Joy Sketch by Rach.

I also made this card to fit in with the challenge of celebrations over at Secret Crafter

But before i show you my card i wanted to show you my little friends i see out of the kitchen window lol 4 little goldfinches, there were actually 7 but there out of shot lol Im not a big fan of birds but i think the goldfinshes red faces are beautiful :)
But anyways heres my card.........

It's a stitch up!!

Evening All!

I've got another christmas card made :) I made this to follow the everybody art challenge where they have a sketch and iv just realised i haven't strictly followed the sketch so i realise i wont be qualifiying for the prize lol

The other challenge im entering this card into is simon says stamp which has a theme of stitching:) i really like the effect of stitching now i have got the hand of my sewing machine, its had more use this last month than it has the last 3 years lol

I also finally tried out my new bow maker which i bought from the Harrogate show of a stall called craft Racks for just £1.99 and it works like a dream :)

Heres the sketch i kind of followed lol

Evening All!!!

Tonight I have made a card for a male coming upto 65 years old. I am entering this into:

• Sketch Saturday - FAB sketch
• Charisma Cards - Circles and/or dots (i used my swiss dots embossing folder on the oval, which hasnt showed up very well also i have my buttons and brad as circles :) )

So here it is...............

Papers: Basic Grey granola papers
Tools: Cuttlebug (swiss dots embossing folder and die cut for oval with sentiment on it) , corner punch, I printed a 65 out on the comp and used it as a template, and an oval template
Embellishments: PM buttons and brad, Anita ribbon and string going through buttons

But of a late post tonight, but better late then never lol The new challenge over at creative inspirations this week is to make a card for a male! I also made this card to enter into the Basic Grey Challenge which is doodling, which i did round my doggy :)

Altered CD!!!

Hey all!!! Sorry for not posting any cards for a while I seemed to have lost my mojo lol But I sure got it back today hehe I was having a look at a few blogs and saw Nat's amazing altered CD she had made for EAC so this is where i got the inspiration from :)




I am entering this CD into 2 challenges which are:

I decided my craft room walls were WAAAAY to empty so this will be a little wall hanging to put up :)

Sketch and Stash!!!

Today I have made a card following this weeks Sketch over at Sketch and stash I also had to use some new stash to follow this challenge. So the new things I used are my cuttlebug die which is what the sentiment is stamped onto and the ribbon is threaded through. Also I recieved the image in a swap with Nat and i had never used that image before! Everything else is the usual lol so here it is................

My camera still seems to be playing up a little :(

Recipie:

• Image is penny black recieved in swap with Nat
• Gems and eylets from stash
• left hand panel is basic grey paper granola
• Right hand side panel i used plain blue paper with my devine swirls cuttlebug embossing folder:)

Tonight I have made a card to fit 6 challenges!! But some of them have similar challenges so call it 4 lol The Challenges I followed are:

My camera seems to have gone a bit dodgy but its all brown and blue i swear lol On the inside I made a little pouch to hold all the images I will be sending...

Show us your bows!!

Over at Magnolia Vs Stampavie this weeks challenge is to show them your bow skills! I wasnt really sure where to start with this as i have never attempted to tie ribbon, so i looked on some tutorials on youtube which really helped!! I also used a sketch from over at just birthday and xmas cards but cant enter it as over at m.v.s you cant combine challenges. Anyways heres what I came up with....
